1. Who we are
ShoprGo is a web product that lets a business owner create one shareable page — either a product catalog with a cart, or a booking page with services and time slots. Customers open that page from a link or QR code and typically confirm with you on WhatsApp.
ShoprGo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of Meta.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details when you sign up (name, email, password). You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. You may create a business in Catalog mode (products, variants, stock, checkout) or Booking mode (services, hours, slots). Mode is chosen when the business is created.
3. Your live page
Each business gets a public URL based on its slug (for example /your-shop-name). Anyone with the link can view what you publish. You are responsible for the products, services, prices, photos, hours, and copy on that page. Do not list illegal goods, counterfeit items, or content you do not have the right to use.
4. Orders and bookings
When a customer places an order, they provide a name, phone number, optional note, and — if they choose delivery — an address. Pickup or delivery is a request to you, not a guaranteed courier service from ShoprGo. Bookings reserve a slot against the hours and services you set.
You (the business) are the seller or service provider. You confirm, complete, or cancel orders and bookings in your dashboard. ShoprGo does not collect payment from the customer on your behalf unless a paid feature is later enabled and described separately.
5. WhatsApp
Checkout and booking confirmation may open WhatsApp (for example via a wa.me link) so the customer can message your business number. Message delivery, blocking, and WhatsApp account rules are governed by Meta’s terms, not ours. You must only use phone numbers you are allowed to publish.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not impersonate another business or collect customer data you do not need.
- Do not use ShoprGo to spam WhatsApp contacts or send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not attempt to access another owner’s dashboard or customer records.
7. Plans and billing
Starter is currently described as free. Growth and Pro prices on the landing page are illustrative until billing is switched on. If we start charging, we will state the price, what is included, and how to cancel before we take payment.
8. Availability
We aim to keep ShoprGo available, but we do not guarantee uptime. Features marked “coming soon” (such as staff logins or a custom domain) may change or ship later.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ShoprGo is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost sales, missed appointments, WhatsApp outages, incorrect stock, or disputes between you and your customers. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service and delete your account.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version.
